The Sunset League has been so exciting this season, and one of the major reasons is the power display from each and every team. Balls have been flying out of the yard at a crazy rate and now we have eight men who are ready to start All-Star Sunday off in style in the Home Run Derby at 2:15 p.m. at Biola University.

Pierson Loska (Cal State Dominguez Hills) has been dominant this season. The Orange County Legend slugger has blasted six home runs.

Austin Caulk, the home run king for the So Cal Shepherds with six, will be a definite contender. He has been crushing the baseball all summer and looks to make his presence felt on the brightest stage.

Eddie Zavala (Chico State) has crushed four bombs this summer and will be another force to be reckoned with in the Home Run Derby. Look for the South Bay Slider to compete for the title.

Jacob Nemeth (Azusa Pacific) leads the So Cal Sparrows with three bombs and will represent the red and black.

Isaiah Montoya (Citrus College) has blasted two long balls this season and will hope to hoist up the trophy for the Inland Valley Pirates.

Cody Moore (Santa Clara) is the Solana Beach Redbird participant.

David Rivera (Long Beach City College) is the Signal Hill Oilers' representative and is hungry to put on a display.

The Home Run Derby will be broadcast live on Facebook at 2:15 p.m. followed by the All-Star Game at 4:15 p.m. at Biola University Sunday afternoon.
