The South Bay Sparrows used a three-run fourth inning to cruise to a 3-1 victory against the North division leading Ventura County Pirates.

Andrew Brown earned the victory for the Sparrows. Jacob Maisano finished 2-for-4.

Robert Stowell was the tough luck losing pitcher for the Pirates after tossing a complete game with nine strike outs, but allowing three unearned runs.
