Sentinels Excited for 2021

By Dave Sobieraj 05/30/2021, 4:45am PDT

The Arroyo Seco Sentinels are new to the Sunset League in 2021. The program is hungry to make an impact immediately and has a whole host of key players who figure to play a huge part in that goal.

Rashad Ruff (Coppin State) should be a stabilizing force on the staff. Aedan Anderson (Xavier) figures to be one of the key bats in the middle of the lineup. The freshman-to-be is fresh off belting a walk-off home run that ended a marathon 14 inning, 4 plus hour game for Dana Hills High.

Aj Anzai (Chapman), Jeffery Castillo (Azusa Pacific), Korey Shepard (Azusa Pacific), Jacob Klinovsky (CSU East Bay) and Mikie Gill (Azusa Pacific).

The Sentinels open their season on the road on Sunday, June 13 against the So Cal Shepherds. Their first home game is set for Friday, June 19 against the Ventura County Bucs.
